Getting to know us a little bit and our many adventures on our Honeymoon at Walt Disney World

We started dating September of 2006 and were engaged in March of 2007. We were married on August 25, 2007. For our honeymoon we went to Walt Disney world in Orlando Florida August 28 thru September 3, 2007! We had a blast while we were there. There were a lot of interesting people walking around in a lot of interesting outfits. In a break down version of how our trip was it goes something like this. August 27, 2007 at 10:30 pm my mom drove us to the Seattle Tacoma International airport where we had a 1 am flight connecting trhough Minneapolis, Minnesota. We arrived in Orlando at 11:45 am on August 28, 2007 and took the Disney's Magical Express to our hotel: Pop Century. When we arrived there we took a quick nap and then went to our first park: Epcot where we traveled throughout the world. The next day on August 29, 2007 we went to the next park: Animal Kingdom. The Safari was amazing and Expedition Everest was one of the best roller coasters you can ever go on. The river ride wasn't nearly as good as the river run in California adventures by Disneyland in Anahiem. The parade was enjoyable and fun and the Festical of the Lion King was an amazingly awesome show.

On August 30, 2007 then we went to the famous Magic Kingdom. We got there like half an hour before the rides opened so we took a stroll down main street and got a picture in front of Cinderellas Huge Castle! When the rides opened we went to Frontierland where we got fast passes for Splash Mountain and went to stand in line for Thunder Mountain Railroad to take a ride through the west. After that we went to Adventureland where we had the adventure of becoming pirates on Prates of the Caribbean. While you wait in line for this ride then you really feel like you are in the movie in the Caribbean. It was pretty amazing. We also took a jungle cruise which I liked better then the one at Disneyland in Anaheim. Next we made our way to Tomorrowland where we raced in the Indy Speedway, took a ride in the dark on Space mountain, fought Emperior Zerk from Toy Story with Buzz lightyear and tryed to capture Stitch after he escapes from his cage. With all the speedyness of Tomorrowland we moved on to Fantasyland where we relaxed on It's a Small World, Pter Pan's Flight, Snow Whites Scary Adventure and the Carorousel. We also watched Mickey's Pilhar Magic which is a 3-D movie with instruments flying at your head. It was pretty cool. We also watched the Disney Dreams Come True Parade, Wishes, and Dream Along With Mickey which were all really good shows and are highly recommended if you ever go. By the end of the night we were so beat that we road the Walt Disney World Railroad for like 2 hours. Next on August 31, 2007 we went to Blizzard Beach which I had been wanting to go to ever since I was little. It was so fun. We got a lift on a ski lift to the top of a mountian where we went on a 4 person raft ride back down. We also got to go on waterslides. Our favorite ones were called Downhill Double Dipper and Runoff Rapids. We then took a ride on the lazy river and played in the wave pool before having to leave to go back to the hotel because of thundershowers :( That was sad. September 1, 2007 was a day worth not forgetting. We went to MGM and looked at all the rides and shows that they had. After planning on what we were going to do and what shows we were going to at what time we went on the craziest, funniest roller coaster I have every been on called Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. After the rocken roller coaster we went on the Tower of Terror which was a real scream. On the way to watch Lights Motors Action we went on the Star Tours ride and in the middle of the Lights Motors Action show (which shows you how stunts are performed in movies) it started raining really bad. So we took Safety and went to watch Muppet Vision 3-D and won a prize because we were stanging in line. We each got a necklace that had to pins on it each so we decided to bring some pins back for my two nephews, my cousins Josh, Ben, Sarah, and Laura, my cousins kid Adam, and my sister Michelle. After the show it was still raining really hard so all the shows we wanted to see were cancelled except the Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage show so we watched that before we went to the hotel to dry off. After about an hour or two we went back to MGM and started searching the park for pins that the kids would like after we found them it was about 6 so we went to stand in line for a show called Fantasmic! which didn't start till 8. It was probably the craziest day of the whole trip but also probably one of the funniest and most interesting as well. On the last day, September 3, 2007 we went to Typhoon Lagoon. We enjoyed the Lazy River, The Wave Pool, and a few water slides that liked to twist and turn and go through the dark. The best water slide was the Crush 'N' Gusher which throughs you up (yes up) and over hills and all over the place before splashing into the pool below. Then the next day we flew back to Seattle going through Memphis and Minneapolis. We then drove to Rexburg, Idaho to attend and finish up school at Brigham Young University-Idaho. We hope to be finished by next year on move on with our lives outside of shool.
